Oracle Development Tools are continuously evolving. Mature and proven Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms and Oracle ADF were supplemented with brand new products as Oracle MAF for cross platform mobile development and Oracle JET which was released during the last Oracle OpenWorld 2015 for JavaScript development. Oracle Cloud Services also rapidly evolving making Oracle as Cloud Provider #1. But what about developers? Which technologies, platforms and services should they use starting the new project or considering the solution migration from other platforms to Oracle Stack? APEX? Forms? ADF? Cloud?
