Já está disponível a 5ª edição da SOA Magazine editada pela Comunidade SOA. 


Este número dá grande atenção ao tema Cloud Computing, mais concretamente a Platform as a Service (PaaS). A Oracle está a lançar três novos serviços PaaS: Process Cloud Service (PCS), Integration Cloud Service (ICS) e Java Cloud Service (JCS). 

O JCS é a fundação base destes serviços e permite construir, instalar e correr aplicações Java. Com o ICS, os parceiros e os clientes podem construir integrações entre distintas aplicações. Por exemplo, uma integração entre um sistema de marketing Eloqua e um CRM Salesforce e incluindo ainda um sistema SAP on-premises. O PCS é a plataforma para construir e executar processos BPMN na cloud. O ponto forte da oferta Oracle nesta área é que o mesmo software está disponível como PaaS e também on-premises.
